2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onion and celery
1/4 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 (7 1/2 oz) cans clams, drained and minced
1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and milk
In a pan, saute vegetables in the olive oil. Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients. Continue cooking, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Serve with crackers.
