HOT HONEYED CHICKEN WINGS

3 lbs chicken wings, separated, discarding tips
3/4 cup picante sauce
2/3 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
Additional picante sauce
Place wings in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine next 4 ingredients in a small bowl; mix well and pour over wings. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400. Place wings and sauce in a single layer on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with additional picante sauce.
