JIFFY CHEESY POTATOES

1 can EACH cream of celery and cream of potato soups
1 cup milk
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 (2 lb) pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 block shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients except cheese in a bowl and bake in a 13x9 inch baking pan covered with foil for 1 1/2 hours. After 90 minutes, remove potatoes from oven and sprinkle top with cheese. Return to oven for 30 minutes, uncovered, or until cheese melts.
