HEALTHY SPINACH DIP

Category: Dips - Cold

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 medium onion, finely diced
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsp ranch dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp dried basil and garlic powder

Combine ingredients; mix well. Serve chilled.

NOTE: I like to serve in a hollowed out pumpernickel bread, using the inside of bread and cutting into cubes and serve as dippers.
