MARINADE FOR SHISH KABOBS I

Category: Marinades

1 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 clove garlic, sliced
6 drops hot pepper sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Dash cayenne

Combine ingredients. Pour over cut up meat and vegetables in a resealable bag. Marinade at least 4 hours, turning and mixing several times. Drain, reserving marinade. Arrange meat and vegetables on skewers. Brush with marinade while cooking on grill.
