MARINADE FOR RIBS, STEAKS OR CHICKEN

4-5 lbs ribs, steaks or chicken
3 cups water
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp chopped garlic
6 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp sesame oil
2-3 tbsp minced ginger
1-2 tbsp honey
2 tsp hot sauce

Combine ingredients in a resealable. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days, turning meat occasionally. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade for basting meat while cooking. Preheat grill for medium hot and cook meat to desired doneness.
