Shelly's Recipe

MARINADE FOR BEEF, PORK AND CHICKEN

1 1/2 cups olive oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dry mustard
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp minced onions
1 tsp tarragon

Combine ingredients, add meat; marinade overnight. Brush meat with marinade while grilling.
