1/2 cup chopped onion and chopped green pepper

Stir fry until tender, not brown, in 2 tbsp butter.

Stir in
3 cups of cooked cleaned shrimp
2 cups of cooked rice
1 can tomato soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sherry
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt and nutmeg

After combining all together in fry pan, transfer to a four quart casserole, or two smaller ones. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serves 6
