SHRIMP AU GRATIN

8 1/2 oz medium or large peeled shrimp, cooked
6 tbsp butter
5 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup water, shredded Swiss cheese and grated parmesan cheese
1-2 tbsp brandy

Preheat oven to 400. In a medium saucepan, melt butter, remove from heat. Stir in flour and salt to make a smooth paste. Gradually add evaporated milk and water, stirring constantly. Add cheeses, return to medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and sauce starts to thicken. Gently stir in shrimp and brandy. Pour into buttered 2 quart baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
