1 (6 oz) pkg sliced mozzarella cheese, cut into 3rds
8 (1 inch) thick slices Italian bread
1/4 cup pizza sauce and pesto sauce
20 slices pepperoni
2 tbsp butter, softened

Arrange 1 slice cheese on each of 4 slices of bread; spread evenly with pizza sauce. Top with another slice of cheese; spread evenly with pesto sauce.

Arrange 20 pepperoni slices over pesto sauce; top with remaining cheese slices and remaining bread slices. Spread half of butter on tops of sandwiches. Invert sandwiches onto a hot, nonstick griddle or skillet and cook over medium heat until browned.

Spread remaining butter on ungrilled sides of sandwiches; turn and cook until browned. Serve immediately. Serves 4
