ORIENTAL PORK LOIN

2 (12 oz) whole pork tenderloins
Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp dry red wine
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 green onion, cut in half-and-half
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Ginger sauce
1 small onion
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/8 tsp ground ginger
Place marinade ingredients in a large resealable bag. Add pork, turning to coat completely. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Place pork on a wire baking rack. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Turn and baste frequently with marinade during baking. Remove pork from oven and allow to rest about 15 minutes before slicing diagonally. Serve with ginger sauce.
Ginger sauce: Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
