CHICKEN WITH STUFFING - Crock Pot - Easy

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup mixed with 2 tbsp sherry or white wine
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (6 oz) pkg corn bread stuffing mix

Season chicken and place in a greased crock pot. Top with soup mixture. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken juices run clear. Serves 4
