CHICKEN PARMESAN - Crock Pot

1 pkg onion soup mix
2 103/4-oz cans cream of mushroom soup
1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes
1 cup white wine
1 cup uncooked converted white rice
6 chicken breasts
6 tbsp butter
1 tbsp basil
Salt & pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

Combine the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, basil, tomatoes, wine and rice in slow cooker. Add chicken.
Top each chicken breast with 1 tbsp butter. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Cover; cook on Low 8-10 hours or on High 4-6 hours.
