1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz) pkg sharp white Vermont cheddar cheese
1/3 cup pimento stuffed green olives and pitted black olives, drained
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and olive oil
2 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp dried parsley and basil
2 tbsp chopped pimiento
Baguette slices

Cut cream cheese in half vertically; then slice each section into 1/4 inch slices. Slice cheddar into 1/4 inch slices. Alternate cheese, pressing one against the other to form a ring on a serving dish. Mix together olives and place in center of ring.

Combine remaining ingredients except bread and pour over cheese ring. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight or at least 8 hours. Serve with sliced bread.
