WRAPPED PORK TENDERLOIN

4 strips bacon
2 lb pork tenderloin
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp grated yellow onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
Wrap bacon around tenderloin and secure with toothpicks. Place in a resealable bag. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over the pork, squeeze out excess air. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Prepare the grill for hot coals. Arrange a grill rack at least 4 inches away from the coals. Bruth the pork with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the meat to desired doneness,about 7 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 10 degrees and juices run clear. Let them rest on a heated platter for a few minutes before carving. Serves 6-8
