STUFFED TURKEY ROLL

1/2 cup water
1 cup stuffing mix
2 turkey cutlets, pounded very thin
2 tbsp flour
Dash pepper
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp white wine
3 tbsp water

Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Spoon stuffing mix onto one end of each cutlet and roll in jelly-roll fashion; secure with wooden pick or tie with string.

Combine flour and pepper; roll cutlets in flour mixture and brown evenly in butter in a small skillet. Add wine and water. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, turning roll twice. Serves 2
