SHERRIED TURKEY BREAST

5 lb turkey breast
2 cups dry sherry
1/2 cup white wine vinegar and teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
5 clove garlic, minced
Orange slices
Fresh parsley
Rinse breat and pat dry with paper towel. Combine next 5 ingredients; reserving 1/2 cup. Place remaining in a large resealable bag and add turkey. Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 400. Remove turkey from marinade; discard marinade. Place turk brease in a roasting pan, inserting meat thermometer. Cover and bake for 1 hours; uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 180 degrees, basting occasionally with sherry mixture. Garnish with orange slices and parsley.
