Grilled - BAKED CLAM APPETIZER

Category: Grilled Starters

1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp oil
1 (6 1/2 oz) can minced clams
Thin sliced French bread

In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; reserve and set aside 1 1/2 tbsp crumb mixture. Add clams with their juice to remaining crumb mixture. Place in a small foil casserole tin and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Cook over medium-hot coals for 10 minutes or until bubbly. Place on tray with bread.

NOTE: Can be baked at 425 for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
