BAKED SPINACH PIE

1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crust, baked according to pkg directions
Filling:
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp onion salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
2 cups hot milk
1 cup 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar or Swiss cheese, for topping
Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle bacon on bottom of pan; top with spinach.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle with cheese for topping. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
