PEPPY POTATOES

1 pkg seasoned coating for chicken
1/4 tsp salt
Pepper, to taste
4 unpeeled potatoes, cut into 1 inch wedges
Melted butter

Pour coating mix, salt and pepper in a bag. Dip potatoes in butter and shake in bag. Place potatoes on a well greased baking sheet and bake at 325 for 55 minutes. Turning occasionally.
