Shelly's Recipe

*PHILLY MASHED POTATOES*

Category: Mashed Potatoes

4 potatoes, chopped and boiled until tender
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 (6 oz) can French fried onions, crushed

Preheat oven to 300. Drain and mash potatoes. In a large bowl, combine with remaining ingredients except fried onions. Spoon mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and top with crushed fried onions. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serves 4
