PARTY POTATOES

8-10 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp garlic powder, or to taste
1 tbsp dried chives
Salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika
Butter
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
