LEMON AND LAGER MARINADE

Category: Marinades

2 tsp clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups lager
1/2 cup olive oil
3 oz lemon juice
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tbsp mixed fresh herbs, chopped

Mix ingredients in a resealable bag.

Marinate
Chicken at least 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator
Fish or seafood for 2 hours at room temperature
