MUSHROOMS PARMESAN

1 lb whole fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp pepper

In a large skillet, melt butter and add mushrooms, a few at a time, and cook over medium-high heat until golden. Shake pan frequently during cooking. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper; cook 1 minute longer. Serves 4
