SZECHUAN WINGS

1/4 cup ketchup
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tgbsp dry sherry, rice wine vinegar and brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 1/2 lb chicken wings

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare sauce in a bowl by combining first 7 ingredients. Arrange wings in a 13x9 inch baking pan and pour sauce over, turning to coat, ending with meaty side up. Bake 1 hour, basting twice. Spoon remaining sauce over wings at serving time.
