SOUR CREAM AU GRATIN POTATOES

2 lbs frozen chunky style hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tsp salt
Pepper, to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream

Topping
1/4 cup butter, melted
Cracker crumbs

Mix ingridents together and pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and pour butter over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Serves 10-12
