SPINACH FETA BITS

1/2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
6 oz feta cheese,
1/4 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg
24 miniature pastry shells

Mix spinach with 4 oz feta, and next6 ingredients. Fill pastry shells with mixture and sprinkle with remaining feta cheese. Bake on cookie sheet at 325 until browned, about 20 minutes.
