MUSHROOM DILL SAUTE

1 tbsp butter
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 red or yellow bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried dill weed
1/8 tsp pepper

Melt butter in a skillet and saute next 3 ingredients until mushroomas are tender and liquid has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Heat through. Serves 4 as a side dish.
