Shelly's Recipe

*SPINACH GOURMET*

2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 (4 1/2 oz) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tsp instant minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2/3 cup sour cream
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter, softened

Combine ingredients in a 1 quart casserole. Cover, bake at 300 for 1 hour.
