HAM AND CHEESE APPETIZERS

2 cups baking mix
3/4 cup finely chopped, fully cooked smoked ham
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp parsley
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
Pepper, to taste
2 clove garlic, minced
2/3 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix ingredients and spread into pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes. Cut into rectangles.
