GREEN CHILI-CHEESE QUICHE

1 pie crust, baked until golden
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup cream
3 eggs
Pinch salt and cumin
1 can green chilies

Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle cheeses over crust, reserving 1/2 cup for top. Sprinkle chilies over cheese. Beat cream and eggs together with seasonings and pour over cheese and chilies. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 40 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
