CORNED BEEF AND SWISS APPETIZERS

Category: Bruschetta, Crostini and Canapes

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 lb corned beef, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onion
36 slices cocktail rye bread, toasted

Mix cream cheese and mustard until smooth. Mix in 3 ingredients and spread on toast slices. Place on a cookie sheet and broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.

NOTE: To make ahead: Prepare as directed except for broiling. Place on cookie sheet. Freeze 1 hour or until firm. Place in freezer bags. Can be frozen up to 1 month. When ready to serve, thaw 10 minute and broil as directed.
