COCKTAIL MEATBALLS

Meatballs
2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 /4 tsp pepper
1 small onion, minced
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Barbecue Sauce
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp horseradish
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
Ruby Sauce
1 (16 oz) can cranberry sauce
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Meatballs: Combine ingredients and form into 1 inch balls. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until done.
Barbecue Sauce: Saute onion in butter until tender. Add next 8 ingredients, simmer for 15 minutes. Pour over meatballs to keep warm
Ruby Sauce: Combine ingredients, blending until smooth. Heat until warm. Pour over meatballs or use as a dip. Serve meatballs on a toothpick or pretzel stick.
