TURKEY ROLL UPS

1 (8 oz) pkg corn bread stuffing mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 (8 3.4 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
12 thick slices deli turkey, about 2 lbs, make sure the slices are thick enough to get about 6 slices per lb
1 (12 oz) jar turkey gravy

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Place 1/4 cup stuffing miture at a narrow end of each slice of turkey and roll up crepe-style. Place rolls seam side down, forming 2 rose in a 13x9 inch baking pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Spoon gravy over rolls, cover tightly with foil. Bake 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
