HERBED TURKEY BREAST

Category: Turkey

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp herb or wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dried rosemary and sage
1 tsp dried thyme and marjoram
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 bone-in whole turkey breast, about 5 1/2 to 6 lbs

In a saucepan, combine first 8 ingredients; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Place turking in a roasting pan; baste with butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees. Baste turkey every 30 minutes.

NOTE: This is also good basting turkey cutlets over the gril 5-7 minutes.
