1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped green and red bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 clove garlic, minced
3 (6 oz) jars sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup sherry
1/2 tsp Creole or Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and black pepper

Melt butter in a skillet. Add next 4 ingredients and cook over medium heat until crisp-tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Serves 6
