1 lb bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 3/4 cup shredded gouda cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 (16 oz) pkg cocktail rye bread, lightly toasted
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl and then spread on bread slices. Place on ungreased basking sheet and bake for 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve warm.
