BEEFY TORTILLA PIE

5 (6 inch) tortillas
1/2 lb ground beef
1 small onions, chopped
1 (26 oz) container three-cheese quiche filling, thawed
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Layer 2 tortillas on bottom of a deep-dish pie plate; cut remaining tortillas into wedges, and arrange around sides of pie plate. Cook meat and onion in a skillet until browned, stir to crumble. Drain. Stir in quiche filling, chilies and chili powder; spoon into pie plate. Top with tortilla wedges and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set. Allow to rest before slicing.
