1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 1/2 cups water
1 pkg Italian style spaghetti sauce mix
Additional parmesan cheese, topping

Shape ground beef into 1 inch meatballs. Brown in skillet; drain fat. Combine sauce mix withcheese, past and water. Pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti or in Italian rolls for sandwiches. Top with additional cheese.
