1st Layer
1 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
Mix and spread in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool completely.
2nd Layer
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups confectioners sugar
Mix cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add confectioners sugar and mix well. Spread over first layer. And sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts
3rd Layer
1 (3 oz) pkg raspberry gelatin
1 cup boiling watr
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen raspberries in heavy syrup, thawed
Mix gelatin and water. Add raspberries; refrigerate until gelatin has started to thicken. Spoon into pan and chill. Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream on top.
NOTE: This is also good to substitute strawberries for the raspberries.
