*TENDERLOIN TIPS*

Category: Casseroles - Beef

2 lbs beef tenderloin tips, thinly sliced
4 tbsp butter
2 tsp salt
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cups chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup burgundy wine and whiskey
1 cup crushed tomatoes
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp sugar
Garlic mashed potatoes

Saute meat quickly in butter, in small batches at a time, until browne.d Add next 4 ingredients; simmer for several minutes, adding extra butter if needed. Add remaing ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender. Serve with mashed potatoes. Serves 4
