3 cups strawberries, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
3/4 tsp grated lime rind
1 1/2 tbsp lime rind
2 tsp honey
Combine ingredients; cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
NOTE: Good served with cinnamon and sugar coated baked tortillas.
