GOULASH

1 large pkg egg noodles, cooked, al dente
1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 medium green bell pepper and onion, diced
1 can large sweet whole kernel corn, drained
1 large can Italian tomato sauce
1 large pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. While pasta is cooking, in a Dutch oven, cook next 7 ingredients until beef is thoroughly cooked through, stirring occasionally; drain off excess greese and return to Dutch oven and add tomato sauce and let simmer for 15 minutes. Stir noodles into the mixture and spread cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
