Shelly's Recipe

*HOLIDAY APPETIZER PIE*

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp Milk
1 (2.5-oz) jar dried beef
2 tbsp instant minced onion
2 tbsp finely chopped green bell
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Blend cream cheese & milk. Stir in beef, onion, green pepper & pepper & mix well. Stir in sour cream. Spoon into shallow baking dish, sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Serve hot with assorted crackers.
