CREAM FILLED STRAWBERRIES

1 small pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
3/4 tsp almond extract
2 pints large strawberries, stemmed

Mix together pudding and milk. Let set up for a few minutes. Fold in whipped cream and almond extract. Cut a deep X-slit in the pointed end of each berry. Carefully spread apart cut berries to form 4 connected sections. Place cream mixture into pastry bag with a decorative tip. Fill center of each berry with cream mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
