ORANGE CREAM PIE
Category: Pies - Frozen
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
Graham cracker crust
Orange Glaze
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp orange liqueur
1 tbsp grated orange rind
2 1/2 tbsp light corn syrup
Orange curls, garnish
Pie: Beat softened ice cream with oranges until blended. Spoon into pie crust. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm. Serve with glaze and garnish.
Glaze: Bring ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes and cover. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
