ASPARAGUS BAKED IN WINE SAUCE

Category: Asparagus

Put cooked asparagus in a shallow buttered baking dish. Melt 1/4 cup butter, add 1/4 cup white wine, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Pour mixture over asparagus and sprinkle the top with 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 15 minutes.
