MEATBALLS WITH NOODLES - Easy

1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp salt and pepper, or to taste
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (13 3/4 oz) can beef broth
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tbsp paprika
6 oz noodles

Mix beef with seasonings and shape into 20 meatballs. Bake in a 13x9 inch baking pan at 450 for 15 minutes. Drain. Combine all the ingredients with the meatballs and bake at 400, uncovered, for 15 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Serves 4
