1 lb flounder
1 large onion, sliced
1 large green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 (16 oz) can whole tomatoes, drained
6 slices lemon
1 tsp minced garlic
1/3 cup parsley
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper and thyme, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange fish on bottom of baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients on top. Cover and bake for 55 minutes.
