MEXICALI PIZZA

2 (9 inch) flour tortillas
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco season mix
2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
3 tbsp mild green chilies
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
Chopped cilantro

Follow the direction of the taco seasoning; set aside. Place tortillas on lightly greased baking sheet. Spread beans on one tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, beef, tomato, onion, pepper, and chilies. Sprinkle with cheese and top with olives and cilantro. Repeat procedure with second tortilla. Bake at 425, approximately 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and tortillas are crisp.
